5. Can Hemmersbach reach my customer, under any circumstances?

No. One of our strongest business principles and also the core way we operate, is indirect only. There is no competition, as we act exclusively on behalf of global system integrators, hardware manufacturers and Device as a Service providers, as an extension of their company. Hemmersbach can only reach the end customers, through its customers. Never directly.

Yes. Having two headquarter locations in Nuremberg Germany and Houston US, as well as 50+ own entities, Hemmersbach operates globally delivering IT services in 190+countries, while managing the local operational and tax complexities.
