Surface as a Service
Our Hardware Resell Services provide global access to Surface devices and peripherals to meet your needs. Customers are billed only upon delivery, with the choice of centralized or local invoicing, subject to country-specific restrictions. For direct customer billing outside your territory, Hemmersbach offers a central kickback to the lead source.
Rent a Surface
Our Device as a Service (DaaS) solution for your customers allows you to rent out Surface devices with flexible subscription terms, including 36 or 48-month periods. This model ensures cost-efficient access to the latest technology without the need for upfront investment. The service also includes full support, seamless integration, and tailored configurations.
Hardware Resell Services
Hardware Resell Services offer access to Surface devices and peripherals in all countries where they are available or can be imported. Customers are only billed once the device has been delivered. Billing options include centralized invoicing to the customer or reseller, or direct local billing to the customer, with some country-specific restrictions where only local-to-local billing is permitted. For direct customer billing, Hemmersbach will provide the lead source (e.g., reseller) with a central kickback for each device sold outside their territory.
Deployment Services
To ensure timely device delivery to our customers, we can pre-stock devices and guarantee delivery within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Prior to shipping, Windows pre-configuration (white-glove service) can be applied. When delivering the units, we offer the option of shipping the devices directly or having one of our technicians handle the installation at the user's location.
Advanced Repair Services
Our Advanced Repair Services get your hardware back up and running quickly and smoothly. We offer full diagnostics, expert repairs, and quality checks to reduce downtime and extend the life of your equipment. Our certified technicians use the latest tools and genuine parts to bring your devices back to their best. Services are usually done off-site and are connected with Next Business Day Swap, so users have minimal downtime.
