Ability to build relationships
Excellent time management skill
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed

Your tasks

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Operations & Technical Support (including B/F, Printers etc).
Tech bar / IT Solution Centre..
Audio/Video Support.
Digital Lockers & Vending Machines.
Stock Management / Asset Management.
Shipping, Disposal & Data Wiping Support Services.
IMACs and Break-fix.
VIP Support.
IT Supply Chain.
