Service Desk Agent with Japanese and Mandarin

First Person to deal with IT related issues

Your skills

  • Deep experience (or equivalent) in technical support
  • English with Japanese language proficiency skills (min N2 level)
  • Good knowledge of the ticketing tool
  • Team player attitude
  • Organizational skills and the ability to set priorities effectively
  • Quick and effective problem-solving skills
  • Previous work experience in helpdesk/ service desk environment will be an asset
  • Fluent language in Mandarin is an advantage

Your tasks

  • Providing IT support to end users located in various locations globally

     

  • Analysing, troubleshooting and providing fixing solutions for application/OS problems

     

  • Opening, closing and monitoring tickets in our ticketing system throughout their lifecycle

     

  • Monitoring ticket timelines (SLAs)

     

  • Contact with the end users by phone, email and chat
