Your skills

18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
Formular with IT hardware (technical background is a plus)
ServiceNow application (SNOW)
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Follow all HSSE (Health & Safety) rules
Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Scotford
Clean-shaven (for safety mask compliance)
Follow all HSSE (Health & Safety) rules

Your tasks

Job Tasks:

Set up new users (email, apps, mobile setup)
Move users to new devices (e.g., desktop to laptop)
Re-image or upgrade computers and back up data
Help with data transfers for role changes
Work at the onsite IT support center
Manage and close IT support tickets

PPE Required:

Safety boots
FR coveralls
Any additional safety gear as required
