Provide a comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the executive/CM/AM, while managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Like any fast-paced organisation, the role of the Administrator is like the oil in the engine – without you, we would simply grind to a halt. The Administrator is a fundamental member of the team, a well regarded role and an engaging one.
Based at our UK headquarters in Chineham, Basingstoke, your role is key to the operational smooth running of the corporate services that facilitate over 300 technical, managerial and support colleagues, out in the field or at the HQ. Your day will be varied and involve you in anything from Receiving visitors, processing purchasing requests, ensuring the post is sent and distributed, through to supporting fleet management, access controls to the building, onboarding & offboarding colleagues and a little of everything in between – whatever HQ, Fleet and our UK Country Manager (our UK Managing Director) needs your invaluable support with.
