As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, both consumers, and enterprises, in a timely and efficient manner. Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the support provided
This includes responding promptly to client requests for technical support, either on-site or remotely, depending on the client’s needs and the project’s scope.
