- Ideally previous leadership experience (or equivalent)

- Proven track record of hirning in fast paced environment
- High level of self-organization
Your tasks
- Be responsible for professional and disciplinary management of recruiters
- Manage capacities and budget planning
- Monitor and optimize KPIs and ensure that the delivery of services to internal and external customers is done in accordance with all agreements and SLAa
- Identify improvement potentials for the local recruiting strategy
- Provide stakeholders with KPI insights
