Provide financial data insights through meticulous book-keeping and financial analysis, to allow well informed decision-making in compliance with laws and regulatory requirements
Compile monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for all Legal Entities worldwide in a timely, accurate and effective manner. This includes maintaining high standards of financial accuracy, ensuring compliance with both internal and external requirements, and leading the finance team in delivering high-quality results.
• Team Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise a diverse team of finance professionals, ensuring that all tasks and deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and within the designated timelines. Manage the workload to balance priorities and maintain a high standard of work.
• Mentorship and Support: Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, helping them navigate challenges and resolve complex issues. Foster an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement and Compliance: Ensure adherence to the department's and company’s financial standards, processes, and compliance regulations. Continuously assess and improve internal processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Take ownership of the financial reporting processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with other departments, such as tax, audit, and legal, to ensure all financial data is aligned with overall company goals and legal obligations. Communicate financial performance and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience (or equivalent) in finance and/or accounting field
C1 English
Degree in finance and/or accounting field
Excel
Proficiency Preferred: QuickBooks experience Microsoft Dynamic
