Team Lead, Bid Management

Your skills

  • 3+ years of work experience (or equivalent) in Bid management
  • Solid people management experience (or equivalent) in international context
  • C1 English
  • Ability to translate customer and market requirements into proven and new solutions
  • Critical thinking and customer orientated decision-making
  • Experience with CRM and bid management software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Your tasks

  • Supervise a team and delegate daily workload in order to achieve department goals and targets
  • Have a thorough understanding of customers' needs, expectations and market changes to drive new business opportunities, maximize revenue, optimize costs and empower customer loyalty
  • Report to senior management on the development of accounts and opportunities and act as point of escalation to resolve critical customer issues
  • Enable and empower cross functional collaborations and fine tune processes and procedures
