Your skills

  • 2Y of experience in HR Departments
  • Native Spanish and B2 English
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
  • Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations

Your tasks

  • End-to-End payroll preparation
  • HR Paperwork and end to end record and paperwork transactions and maintenance for all Starters and Leavers
  • Sickness and Absenteeism reporting and control
  • Support and implement all local HR policies in combination to local HR Regulations, incl. CBA
  • Employee Access Control
  • For Spain, manage CAE (Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales)
  • Implement and ensure HR ISO standards are met
  • Mobile Working control (Tele-trabajo)
  • Manage employee benefits and in-kind products
  • Manage HR On-Boarding for new colleagues and HR Terminations
