As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead teams to implement customer requirements, ensuring efficient and cost-effective service delivery. Acting as the main operational contact, you’ll optimize processes, manage expectations, mentor teams, and track performance to drive continuous improvement.
This role requires a stronger on-site presence (80% office work, 20% home office).
