Your tasks

Hemmersbach is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across a high volume of positions, typically managing 10-15 open roles concurrently. You will play a crucial role in building strong talent pipelines and attracting top talent to Hemmersbach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates across various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
  • Conduct in-depth phone screens and video interviews.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, candidate quality).
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
  • Enhance the candidate experience through proactive communication and a positive interview process.
  • Analyze recruitment data and generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize data to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment processes.


Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success in managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the use of KPIs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Must be able to work US Eastern Time Zone.
