Your skills
- project management skills
- Experience in communication with Stakeholders
- C1 English
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel/ Power Point)
- Ability to plan actions and oversee results
Your tasks
- Set up new processes, identify topics for improvement in existing processes and reassure the quality of the project
- Handle difficult customer requests
- Coordinate PMO processes process according to PMO standards in the transition phase and BAU
- Collaborate with both local, central teams and GSDM
- Provide required reports, documentation and instructions
- Perform onboarding procedure of new employee (introduce tasks and responsibilities, provide necessary support and knowledge during first months)
