Team Lead, Bid Management

Your skills

  • 1-2 years of previous working experience (or equivalent) in sales or account management

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

  • Experience with CRM and bid management software is a plus.

Your tasks

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Bid Manager to join our Account & Bid Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or bid management, with a proven ability to lead and coordinate bid processes from initial opportunity to final submission. This role requires both commercial insight and technical acumen to ensure compelling, accurate, and competitive proposals.


Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project requirements and IT service specifications to ensure alignment with client needs.
Review the commercial aspects of each bid to ensure profitability and compliance.
Ensure all products and services are accurately represented in the final offer.
Proactively follow up on leads, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to account growth.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to support customer engagement and satisfaction.
Drive gross profit growth and consistently meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate across internal teams to improve performance, increase win rates, and optimize bid strategies.
Lead bid triage processes to prioritize high-value opportunities and allocate resources effectively, particularly in fast-paced or resource-constrained environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or bid management (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in English (C1 level).
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multitask under pressure.
Creative approach to developing winning proposals and solutions.
