IT Technician

Onsite level 2 IT support for your users in hardware and software problems

Your skills

  • +3 years of IT experience as a Level 2 Onsite Engineer
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Fluent Turkish and good English language skills
  • Proficient with JAMF, Intune, SCCM for machine deployment and reinstallation
  • Experience coordinating repairs with vendors (Lenovo, Microsoft)
  • Basic network troubleshooting (ports, cabling, LAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Familiar with ticketing system
  • Driving license

Your tasks

We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies. 

You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:

  • Understand WFH (Work From Home) equipment requirements and policies.
  • Prepare laptops for employee onboarding.
  • Retrieve laptops from departing employees.
  • Deploy and reinstall machines using JAMF/Intune/SCCM.
  • Coordinate repairs with vendors like Lenovo, Apple, Microsoft.
  • Maintain vendor tools, contacts, and configurations.
  • Replace machines for users.
  • Set up or relocate workstations.
  • Manage device recycling and collection.
    Perform basic network troubleshooting (ports, cabling).
  • Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi issues; escalate complex cases.
  • Monitor and maintain meeting room tech (Clickshare, Zoom, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot meeting room components (cameras, systems).
  • Configure printer network settings.
  • Manage telephony hardware (phones, SIM cards, resets).
  • Oversee stock management and organization.
  • Register deliveries and track stock shortages.
  • Smart Hands Support for Network and Data Center devices

 

 

Location: Izmir (fully onsite)
