Travel Management Administrator

Organize and handle the business trips of all Hemmersbach colleagues and support travellers with administrative and organisational tasks

Your skills

  • C1 English
  • Knowledge and experience in the tourism and business travel industry
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Understanding of corporate travel industry in general and in particular of travel management abroad

Your tasks

  • Book domestic and international business trips including transportation (flight/train/rental car) and accommodation for colleagues/events incl. group bookings and related monitoring, handling changes or cancellations
  • Assist with planning and updating travel itineraries, as well as coordinating logistics to ensure employees are informed about their trips
  • Check compliance with internal travel policies and support adherence to the travel budget
  • Handle general travel inquiries and assist with administrative tasks in travel management
  • Be a central point of contact for travelling colleagues and contribute to the team to optimize organizational processes and provide administrative support
