Your tasks
We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Printer / 3D Printer Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:
- Diagnose 3D printing issues
- Receive and confirm unites received
- Prepare goods for outbound
- Report and maintain the work order in the internal IT systems
- Reporting
- Review and track processes
Location: Venezia - fully onsite
