Diagnose Specialist (German speaking)

Your skills

  • Experience with remote control tools
  • C1 relevant language
  • Ability to quickly identify the needed part replacement and/or bug fix
  • Deep knowledge of some more specific topics such as AD, accounts, etc.

Your tasks

  • Ensure efficient remote diagnosis, timely qualification and resolution of complex hardware and system issues
  • Update regularly technical knowledge according to business needs and participate in process, quality improvement and projects
  • Handle ticket queue and group mailbox and perform and prioritize administrative requests according to contractual service guarantees
  • Cooperate with other teams to provide additional instructions for repairs and qualify spare parts to solve all reported issues
