Account Manager
Be the interface between Hemmersbach customers and the internal project management teams, to successfully identify and create new business

Your skills
- 3+ years of previous working experience (or equivalent) in sales and/or account management
- C1 English
- A team player who works effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Shows excellent customer focus by being committed to delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs with a solutions-oriented approach
- Utilizes strong problem-solving skills to analyze challenges, think critically, and develop innovative solutions
- Demonstrates adaptability by thriving in a fast-paced environment, embracing change, and quickly adjusting to new situations and challenges
Your tasks
- Liaise between assigned customers and relevant departments within the organization
- Develop a deep understanding of customers identify, needs and requirements in order to acquire and retain them and manage any challenges
- Ensure timely follow up of opportunities until closure
- Keep up with trends and competitor actions which may affect the customers
