We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director with a strong sales profile and in-depth industry knowledge to lead account centric revenue generation efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, Americas, the Account Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and being responsible the overall revenue growth for the assigned customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales/account-management, along with deep industry knowledge in BPO, Global System Integrators (GSIs), IT infrastructure, or customer service (CX), providing managed services within the technology sector.
As an Account Director, you will identify and create new business opportunities and work closely with our Executive Leadership and global Service Delivery organizations. Additionally, you will engage with your Account and Bid Management teams, to create the most compelling and competitive IT solutions that exceed the requirements of our clients. Develop and execute a comprehensive account sales strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives, specifically targeting the large IT-industry manufacturers (OEMs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), Business Processing Outsourcers (BPOs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and other IT Infrastructure companies.
