Inventory Specialist

Your skills

  • Proven work experience (or equivalent) on warehouse stock checks
  • C1 English
  • B2 German
  • MS Office and WMS knowledge
  • Microsoft Business Central would be an asset
  • Readiness to work in shifts (including weekends)

Your tasks

  • Perform yearly and ad hoc stock checks for projects worldwide
  • Monitor stock values and inventory differences, identify incompliances and provide error analysis
  • Prepare stock check reports, process flowcharts, manuals, overviews with results and recommendations
  • Communicate with stock check stakeholders, plan stock check yearly calendar
  • Support creating, improving and controlling company-wide standards for stock checks
  • Willingness to work on weekends, on average 1-2 times a month, not every month
