Your skills
- 1-2 years of experience (or equivalent) in a customer service or project management role
- C1 English, while knowlegde of second common language is highly desirable
- Degree in business or equivalent field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical thinking
- Organizational skills
Your tasks
- Assist in finding and onboarding new partners
- Build and maintain partner relationships
- Support partners with contract and payment details
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery
- Analyze partner performance and provide feedback
