Your tasks

Responsible for finding/sourcing partners across the US based on internal stakeholder's and operational needs
Onboarding Partners and guide them through all processes
Maintain regular check ins with partners and do performance checks based on KPIS etc.
Work with internal stakeholders in different departments on ensuring a smooth process for the partner
Negotiating rates with potential partners based on guidelines provided
Contract management of partners and ensuring they are compliant
Ensuring partner is engaged and handle any and all escalations
