Lead and manage the bid process from initial assessment to submission, ensuring high-quality, competitive proposals.
Work closely with account management, technical, and delivery teams to develop winning bid strategies.
Analyze bid requirements, coordinate responses, and create compelling pricing calculations and contribute to decision-making processes.
Manage bid timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely submission.
Review and enhance bid content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
Maintain a repository of reusable bid content and templates to improve efficiency.
Engage with external and internal stakeholders to gather insights and develop meaningful relationships

Be the interface between Hemmersbach customers and the internal project management teams, to successfully identify and create new business
Act as Single Point of Contact (HR SPoC) for all HR related topics for the Executive Leadership of the organization
Responsible for creating and overseeing a bid – a detailed, costed, persuasive proposal – on behalf of the organisation to gain the business contract
