Your skills
- At least 1 year of experience in Data Centre environment
- Experience on supporting Server and Storage products
- Experience with Server, Network and Storage devices in a productive environment
- OS experience (Windows Server, Linux, VMware)
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills (Hardware, OS)
- Migration, installation and H/W decommissioning experience
- Fluent English - Fluent Romanian
- Driving license B
Your tasks
We are looking for an HPE Field Service Engineer to deal with HW support activities within Data Centers of the most important customers in the country.
Position is based in Bucharest and support is provided in Bucharest and occasionally all over Romania.
Your responsibilities…
- Providing hardware break-fix support, installation and start-up services for our customers countrywide
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Travelling in the area of Bucharest and occasionally all over Romania to support customers
