Accounting Administrator

Your skills

  • First work experience (or equivalent) in field
  • B1 English
  • C1 local language
  • Degree in accounting/ finance field
  • Computer literacy (Especially MS Office and Excel)
  • Advance Microsoft Excel knowledge - Required

Your tasks

  • Administer clerical tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Understand usage of accounting software and tools
  • Assist in processing invoices, bills, expense repots and payments
  • Observe and support financial analysis and reporting
  • Assist in processing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Support the maintenance of accurate financial records and assist in reconciling accounts
  • Collaborate with teams to facilitate the flow of financial information and assist in responding to stakeholder inquiries
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement efficiencies, and provide support for special projects
