Your skills

C1 English
Proven experience in a similar technical role, preferably in a customer-facing or pre-sales capacity
Technical background, with expertise in relevant technologies, systems, and programming languages
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field would be an asset

Your tasks

Collaborate with requestors to understand requirements, and design technical solutions that address those needs, including creating system architectures and workflows
Provide technical expertise during the planning phase, helping to answer technical questions, develop proposals, and assist with the technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs
Work closely with the Implementation and Development teams to ensure successful solution deployments and assist in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting technical components as needed
Offer post-implementation technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise and escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams for resolution
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually improve the quality of our solutions and the effectiveness of our demonstrations
