We are seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at 3rd level to join our team. As an L3 Onsite Technician, you will mostly provide support for complex end user and infrastructure incidents and service requests as well as support your L2 colleagues with more advanced deskside activities. Scope includes the support in the following areas:
