Your skills

  • Strong repair knowledge of laptops, desktops, printers, RPOS systems, servers, and storage units.
  • Technical certifications (A+, Lenovo or HP certifications) preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to drive 50-200 miles per day.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Your tasks

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and perform warranty repair service calls. In this role, you’ll drive to customer sites, diagnose issues, and replace defective components on a range of devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, retail point-of-sale (RPOS) systems, servers, and storage units. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented technician who enjoys troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Conduct on-site warranty repairs for products, ensuring high-quality service in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose issues and replace defective components on laptops, desktops, printers, RPOS systems, servers, and storage units.
  • Drive to customer locations in an efficient manner while adhering to scheduled appointments.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the support provided.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain an organized record of repairs and parts replaced, following company protocols.
  • Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
