Procurement Specialist
Ensure that the procurement activities of the company are processed according to key business criteria

Your skills
- 3+ years experience (or equivalent) in purchasing/procurement
- Previous experience (or equivalent) in commercial role
- C1 English
- Ability to work in ERP/WMS
- Project management knowledge
- Above average technical knowledge about end user devices (clients, mobiles, peripherals)
- Fluency in Excel and Power BI reporting
- Very strong personal skills (communication with vendors and can do attitude)
Your tasks
- Global sourcing of new vendors for IT hardware
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions of contracts with strategic vendors
- Vendor relationship management
- Building up initial stocks for projects
- Processing orders for BAU projects and support new projects’ implementation.
- Ensuring the goods are procured and delivered at best possible price, within deadline and from most reliable vendors to maximize the margin of a project.
