Your skills

18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
Ability to build relationships
Excellent time management skill
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting EUC hardware components
Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous
Comfortable attending outlying drilling operations on a ticket-by-ticket basis

Your tasks

Updating and recording activities in the relevant IT ticket management system
Coordinating and agreeing on attendance time/date with the Customer
Providing Support either through Phone, Remote Tools & In Person Onsite
Perform installation as needed either through physical or network medium
Carry all the necessary tools such as screwdrivers, USB sticks, data transfer cables, and laptops.
Labelling, Patching, and Asset Tagging activities

Compliance with Customer local policies and procedures
Provide relevant reports as requested
Securing confirmation of satisfactory event conclusion from the Customer
