Your skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in international Logistics with emphasis in Transportation.
- In-depth knowledge of various modes of transportation (e.g. road, air, couriers) and their operational requirements.
- Strong analytical and numeric skills.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and compliance.
- Proactivity and flexibility to take over new interesting tasks.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment.
- Good command of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English language (spoken and written- B2 Level minimum)
Your tasks
- Order and coordinate the transportation of IT devices globally, including import & export customs clearance.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve transportation-related issues and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain transportation documentation, pricing databases and reports.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor transportation costs and implement cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Track shipments and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between all involved stakeholders.
- Improve customer service.
