Your skills
- Experience in common metrics used in the IT industry
- Experience in interfacing with C-Level management
- Degree in MBA or equivalent field
- MS Office skills
- Need to travel (25% of the time)
Your tasks
- Plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic)
- Optimize performance and delivery of project milestones.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Have the overall accountability for ensuring project KPIs and financial requirements are met
- Analyze KPI trends and implement corrective measures
- Be the connection between customers and project team, technicians
- Lead technical and non-technical teams, rectify reliability issues, monitor progress, track KPIs and manage budgets
