Your skills
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Troubleshoot remotely
- Experience with audio-visual conference room/presentation equipment required
- Experience with live event set up, staging and production required
- 2-5+ years’ experience managing audio video equipment
Your tasks
- On-site support of telepresence solutions using AV system components such as LED displays, HD camera systems, control systems, microphones, speakers, video/audio.
- Maintaining existing documentation of IT systems, including cost plan advice, ranging from Core networks, IPTel, WLAN, IPTV, Asset Tracking, audio-visual systems, video conferencing, and capacity planning.
- Support Cisco, Lenovo, and Crestron video and audio conference room equipment.
- Assist remote teams with hands on support of video systems.
- Support Video Conferencing platforms: MS Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom.
- Several years of demonstrated experience in the Audio Visual and communications engineering field.
- Perform appearance and preventive maintenance visits to conference rooms (VC connections, wires, peripherals, speaker.
