Product Design Specialist

Your skills

  • 3+ years of experience (or equivalent) in a UX/UI design or product design role proved by portfolio
  • Experience in working on Responsive Design
  • B2+/C1 English
  • Knowledge of web design principles and best practices
  • Practical skills in using or co-creating Design Systems
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Hotjar, Miro, Jira
  • Ownership for big and complex parts of application development
  • Good communication and analytical skills, openness and ability to work in a cross-functional team

Your tasks

  • Collaborate with the Product Design team to produce wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows that align with the project's objectives
  • Establish and assure the information architecture to provide an excellent user experience
  • Conduct research and analyse user feedback to improve the design and user experience of the web application
  • Contribute and co-develop the Design System
  • Work with Business Process specialists to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the design
  • Work with developers to ensure that the design is implemented accurately
