Your skills

Troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without affecting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirement.
Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktop, printer, laptop and other computer peripheral hardware problems.
Basic knowledge of networking to perform smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites.
Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs
Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management. Good people skills.

Your tasks

PC tech with Win10 experience to be a floorwalker and assist users before/after the Win10 migration takes place
The tech will use a USB Drive to perform the Win10 migrations and/or software pushes using SCCM
OneDrive experience a plus, but not required
Tech will be walking 4 floors and providing support to end users
Align on the process used for migrating the devices to Modern Workplace
Help in the pre-requisites of the rollout for the users
Help in the Win10 Azure Workplace rollout as per the planning from the PM associated with the project
Migrate the device with help from user
Help Users as part of the agreed actions on Hypercare
Escalate to related Project Manager in case of issues seen
Tracking of incidents and problem management if aligned in the process
Support and document in case of escalations
