Your skills
- 2+ years experience (or equivalent) in recruiting field
- Candidate would have to work EST time hours to support AMS market
- Great communication skills
- High level of self-organization
- Customer focus
- B2 English
Your tasks
- Must be profficent in English, needed to support in our Global Recruiting efforts.
- Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Experience recruiting in US, Canada, European and LATAM market
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and KPI measures.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience in using LinkedIn, Indeed and other resource sites to proactively source candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Handle end-to-end recruiting on a global level
- Develop recruiting strategies for specific fields
- Consult business on hiring: who/where/when?
- Take the lead for special projects
- Provide KPI updates
NOTE: Candidate would have availability to work EST timezone to support AMS market.
