Your skills

  • 2+ years experience (or equivalent) in recruiting field
  • Candidate would have to work EST time hours to support AMS market
  • Great communication skills
  • High level of self-organization
  • Customer focus
  • B2 English

Your tasks

  • Must be profficent in English, needed to support in our Global Recruiting efforts.
  • Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Experience recruiting in US, Canada, European and LATAM market
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and KPI measures.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience in using LinkedIn, Indeed and other resource sites to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Handle end-to-end recruiting on a global level
  • Develop recruiting strategies for specific fields
  • Consult business on hiring: who/where/when?
  • Take the lead for special projects
  • Provide KPI updates

 

NOTE: Candidate would have availability to work EST timezone to support AMS market.
