Your tasks
- Commercial and technical collaboration within the project team
- Problem resolution
- Client relationship management
- HR related topics management (daily contact with engineers, leave planning, backfill planning etc.)
- Support of technicians in operational and HR areas
being an interface between the technical team and client - PnL and KPI (SLA) responsibility
- Invoicing, reporting and documentation
- Local process follow-up
