HR Administrator

HR Administrator responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.

Your skills

  • 3+ years hands-on experience (or equivalent) with HRIS
  • B2 English
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Familiarity with employee life cycle
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process

Your tasks

  • Be the 1st point of contact for employees, management and external partners
  • Process all employee HR transactions from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Ensure compliance with policies and processes
  • Prepare and roll-out the local HR communication
  • Support in audit preparation
  • Prepare reports and present findings to management to make suggestions for processes and concepts improvements
