Payroll Assistant

An ADP payroll assistant is responsible for processing payroll for a company, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.

Your skills

  • B2 English
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of payroll function including preparation and payroll taxes
  • 2+ Experience working with ADP
  • 1 year using ADP

Your tasks

  • Maintain payroll documentation
  • Handle payroll updates including new hires, terminations and salary adjustments
  • Maintain and review payroll records and processing systems
  • Good data entry - excel skill set
  • Usage of ADP for at least a year
