HR Administrator responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and compensation data
Coordinate employee benefits and ensure that all employees are enrolled in the correct plans
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Provide administrative support to the HR team with a variety of tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and creating reports
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
