Your tasks

Are you passionate about finding and attracting top talent? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. We offer part-time job on mandate or B2B contract.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
  • Source candidates using diverse channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and coordinate feedback
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in our ATS
