Your skills

2 years minimum experience in same role
Experience in solving computer incidents onsite
Good skills in communication, good presence and good manners treating users
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
MAC basic knowledge
Solid knowledge of English (B2)

Your tasks

As a Hemmersbach Technician you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

Help users with their problems and requests
Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
Configurate mobile devices
Administrative tasks such as: update of tickets via Service Now, stock check, onboarding & offboarding
