Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician
Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications
Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed
