Your skills
- 3 Year Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or National Diploma in ICT Related Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally used to resolving problems
- Strong break / fix skills
- Customer Service qualities
- Problem Solving Skills
Your tasks
- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues in computer hardware and software
- Providing general desktop support, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops
- Installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners etc.
- Providing smart hand support for Server and network devices
- Lease Management – Monitoring Leasing Devices
- Setup new devices and software applications
