Field Service Technician

Your tasks

Hemmersbach is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, both consumers, and enterprises, in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HP Printers (A3 and A4 models), Laptops, Desktops and, RPOS.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the support provided. This includes responding promptly to client requests for technical support, depending on the client’s needs and the project’s scope. 
• Performing equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs for clients' printers, PCs/Data Centers, servers, and other IT equipment. 
• Provide day to day support at the customer locations within a geographical region(s)
• Support customers in technical problems they have with their technical equipment
