Your skills

Previous experience (or equivalent) in related areas (Requirements / Business Process Engineering)
Fluent English (C1 level min)
Ability to create business process documentation including diagrams
Ability to focus both on the bigger picture and the details
Fundamental Understanding of Software Development Process & Methodologies and all relevant terms
Familiarity with relevant collaboration and documentation tools

Your tasks

Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Work closely with various teams to optimize processes from an operational perspective
Ensure improvements are effective, document all changes, and explain to other colleagues the new processes
Continuously review and update processes as necessary to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements
Gather and document business requirements to align solutions with organizational goals and record all process changes to maintain data
