Business Process Engineer

Analyze and optimize business processes, systems and workflows

Your skills

  • Previous experience (or equivalent) in related areas (Requirements / Business Process Engineering)
  • Fluent English (C1 level min)
  • Ability to create business process documentation including diagrams
  • Ability to focus both on the bigger picture and the details
  • Fundamental Understanding of Software Development Process & Methodologies and all relevant terms
  • Familiarity with relevant collaboration and documentation tools

Your tasks

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with various teams to optimize processes from an operational perspective
  • Ensure improvements are effective, document all changes, and explain to other colleagues the new processes
  • Continuously review and update processes as necessary to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Gather and document business requirements to align solutions with organizational goals and record all process changes to maintain data
