IT Onsite Technician

Deliver exceptional help desk support to onsite end-users.

Your skills

  • 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • A+ Certification or similar, OEM vendor training, and a minimum of 3 years' experience across multiple device platforms

Your tasks

  • Break/Fix activities
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • IMACD (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Disposals)
  • IT Asset Management - Managing local PC and peripheral stock as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory and equipment
  • Smarts Hands ServiceMeeting / live-event support requests
  • Walk-Up Tech bar support
  • Optional participation in the On-Call Support
