Your skills

18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
Technical knowledge of Windows OS (Win 8/10/11), familiar with imaging machines, standard Desksite user support
Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Intune, standard corporate software
Familiarity with Service Now

Your tasks

Responding to incoming tickets for onsite support of End Users, Workplace / desktops, laptops, software and hardware support, Outlook, Office 365, VPN, etc.
Windows corporate network environment (Active Directory, Microsoft Intune)
Mobile devices, Multimedia equipment in meeting and conference rooms, Multi-Functions Printers, Collaborative tools, Hands and Eyes (under Level 3 guidance) in server rooms.
